This marvellous and sophisticated apartment is set in a brand new building with an ideal location, that is, it is placed only 200 meters away from Passeig del Born.

Since it is situated in one of the most preferred neighbours to live in Palma, the apartment is surrounded by a haven of peace. Its stately Majorcan building from the XIX century was completely refurbished and was equipped with a lift, a car park and an access for handicapped people.

In this same area, there is an access to the wonderful terrace, where one can appreciate the tranquillity and calmness of Palma old town, as well as enjoy a day in the sun. The views over a park with trees next to the building offer an idyllic image of the city.

Finally, the kitchen is independent from the rest of the rooms and equipped with all the necessary appliances. Moreover, there is a space destined to allow you to eat in situ, and there is a separated laundry.

The entire floor of the house is hardwood flooring, and the exterior is woodwork with double glazing. Also, the apartment has an air conditioning system (hot and cold), whose air goes all over the house by conducts and which you can regulate individually in every room. In addition, the heating system works through radiators.

It is remarkable to inform you that there is Wi-Fi connection in the apartment.
