It received a European Union Award for preservation of a European Cultural Heritage site. There are six holiday apartments. They have been renovated and are now comfortable holiday homes. This apartment is on the first floor on the side or back of the building. It enjoys views of where the ice was produced long ago. Guests can enjoy the authentic communal seating area and courtyard. The communal swimming pool is in the centre of the grounds. It has a sun terrace which is reached by a staircase and is surrounded by olive groves. The pool enjoys delightful views of the area. The accommodation is ideal for those who enjoy space and tranquillity. The village of Constantina, with its famous Moreria Moorish quarter, is 2 kilometres away. The surrounding area is perfect for bird watching, walking, mountain biking and riding. The city of Seville is 80 kilometres away. The city's famous landmark, 'La Giralda, is a former minaret. It is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of the city and its suburbs. Cadiz and Malaga beaches are around 200 kilometres away. Cancellation PolicyTenant may cancel a booking in writing provided payment of the following cancellation costs is made: a. for cancellations up to the 42nd day prior to commencement of the first day of stay: 30% of the rent; b. for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day prior to commencement of the first day of stay: 60% of the rent; c. for cancellations from the 28th day up to the first day of stay: 90% of the rent; d. for cancellations on the first day of stay or later: the full rent. The date of the postmark or the date of the relevant e-mail message shall be decisive in determining the question of whether the booking was cancelled in due time. A booking cancelled by a Main or other Tenant shall also serve as cancellation at the expense of the co-tenants. The Tenant may take out cancellation insurance for the accommodation period with an insurer known to BELVILLA . Cancellation by BELVILLA : BELVILLA must make a modification proposal to the traveller by way of an alternative offer within 48 hours (2 working days) of the occurrence of grave events. This obligation shall lapse if the cause of the modification is attributable to the tenant. The costs for a modification made by the tenant amount to EUR 35.
