Cuba street, Located on the fringe of the Cuba Quarter with its lively urban culture, many cafes, restaurants and performance venues. With two universities, a technical institute and a range of schools close by, Wellington is compact and accessible whether on foot, by car or public transport.
Extra charges for power applies for longer stays as its harder to estimate the usage.
Zero tolerance to loud parties on balconies or in the apartment unit as its banned in the building, Very strict rules around it by the body corporate management and they enforce it straight away and not under my control.
