The room was just renovated last year, and all the new furniture and appliances have arrived just a couple of days ago (July 2013).
There is one double bed, one comfy double sofa-bed, and all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay for 2 to 4 people.
==== Dining out ====
There are plenty of choices around the house when it comes to dining out. A slew of Japanese restaurants are located within 5min walking distance from the place, most of the restaurants are affordable prices with really phenomenal food!

==== Access ====
A single train ride from both Narita and Haneda airports to our place. Central and easy access to multiple JR/subway lines.
4min walk to "Hamamatsucho" Station (JR Yamanote line, Tokyo Monorail line). You can take the Yamanote line to pretty much all the central locations in Tokyo in 15 to 30 minutes max. Tokyo Monorail line can be used to access Haneda airport and the Odaiba area.
Also, 3min walk to "Daimon" station (Oedo-line, Asakusa-line for easy access to Roppongi, Yoyogi, Shinjuku, Odaiba etc.). Tokyo Tower and the Zojoji Temple are also within walking distance.
Also, you can walk for 5min to "Shiba-Koen" Station (Mita Line) which can take you to Meguro, Shirokane, Otemachi, Suido-bashi (tokyo dome) among other central stations.
Bus station is just 1min away from our house, which can take you to Shibuya, Roppongi, and Azabu area in less than 20min. Also, another bus stop to take you to the Odaiba area is just 5min away from our home.
Also, one of the great things is that we are only 11 min walk to Tokyo bay where you can take water taxi to Odaiba/Asakusa/etc over the Sumida river, or even take a high-speed boat ride to the nearby islands such as Izu and others. (english guides to attractive islands around Tokyo are available). In the summer time there are lots of on the boat all you can drink parties where Japanese and foreigners attend wearing traditional Japanese Yukata and Jimbei. There are many firework festivals around the Sumida river which you can also enjoy!
