In the countryside between Umbria and Tuscany, lies an ancient estate that has been owned, since 1742, by a noble family. The estate has a winery, which houses this large apartment.
The apartment has its own entrance and garden. The terracotta flooring, stone walls, exposed wood beam ceilings, and furniture give the apartment its authentic atmosphere. The apartment can be heated via radiators or a pellet stove (fees apply). On warm days, relaxing by the swimming pool is great. Soak up some sun on one of the loungers and take a dip in the beautiful pool every now and again.
The apartment is also a great starting point for exploring some incredible cities. You can take a trip to Assisi and its famous San Francesco basilica, to the medieval city of Siena, with its cathedral and the well-known Piazza del Campo, or to the charming university town of Perugia. Pienza, Gubbio and Cortona are well worth seeing, too. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the Trasimeno lake.
