Villa Mezzeria is in the open countryside in southern Umbria, on a hill with panoramic views over the oasis of Alviano below, a few kilometers from the Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Todi and Amelia. The structure, is a precious villa of 500 sqm completely restored and furnished with locally crafted furniture and finishes of the highest level. It consists of multiple layers and is surrounded by a private park of thirty acres completely fenced, part of this space is used as a garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas. The villa is accessed via a separate entrance with gate. The large, bright open space livingroom has a direct access to the covered pool area, water can be heated and is salt water. In the pool area there is also a spa corner with turkish bath and tropical shower. A heated pool (30 degrees) and jacuzzi with heated water (33 degrees) is possible (for a fee) and the homeowner must be notified at least 2 days prior to arrival.
