Podere Fontegallo is a recently restored 17th century farmhouse situated on a hill in the tranquil Umbrian countryside, 10 minutes drive from Tuscany, with breathtaking 360 degree views of rolling hills of farmland, Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi, and the mountains in the distance to the horizon.

Podere Fontegallo - L'olivo is a one-bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the sitting room that opens to a double bed. It contains a large open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area with an open fireplace; French doors lead to the front private patio and an original door leads to the double bedroom and shower room. French doors lead from the bedroom to the back garden. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD, VCR, safe, dishwasher and coffee maker.

Podere Fontegallo is in the centre of one of the richest districts in the world from the historical, artistic and cultural points of view. In a journey of less than two hours by car you can see 20% of the world’s artistic heritage and explore and experience several dozen Etruscan, Medieval and Renaissance towns as well as Rome and Florence.
