Villa Maestrale was designed for maximum comfort, both indoors and outdoors. The villa is an enchanting cottage with a wide patio area, surrounded by a beautiful garden. At only 50 meters from the estate there is a beautiful 10 km sandy beach with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Tuscan archipelago. The beach is never crowded and there one has the option to rent sail boats and windsurf. The area boasts great cuisine, with top tier restaurants at walking distance as well as the option to buy fresh and locally produced food directly from the neighboring vineyards, farms, local shops and markets.

The Villa (140sqm) has a spacious double living room, a wide fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms (bed linens provided and beach towels are available upon request (10E p/person a set) which can accommodate 8 guests (3 double room, two of this in double beds and the one room with two single beds, and the last two single beds in the spacious living room) as well as 3 full bathrooms (2 with showers).
The well maintained Italian style garden (500 sq meters) hosts the patio which contains 2 sunbeds as well as a dining area with table and seats. In the garden as well there is a romantic outdoor shower (for spring/summer use) as well as a large BBQ with an additional sink.
The separate guest house (80sqm) also has 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4 guests (in 1 double bed and 2 single bed) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The property has 3 covered car-parking spaces.
All of the Villa-bedrooms have air-conditioning and have ample wardrobe and drawer space (hangers provided). There is stereo mp3/ipod docking, LCD TV, English language books, films and CDs in the house as well electronic mosquito/insect repellants in all of the rooms.
The villa is suitable for those with restrict mobility (strict one floor) as well as for children under 5.
The Villa is well equipped with good quality household and kitchen appliances. If you want to know about a specific item just ask before you pack.
