Italy – Tuscany at the seaside with stunning views. The Villa/appartment is situated along the coast of Maremma in Tuscany, on the promontory of Monte Argentario atop a broad terraced olive-grove sheer above the sea at 120 meters from the sea level overwiewi. A famous architect, Mr. Carandini, has built this Villa in the '50s, following the new concept of building a villa trying not to alter the harmonious nature and countryside pleasantness, in fact you may enter it as go out in the garden from everywhere deeply feeling as if you are already outward or veranda and always overviewing the marvelous blue sea with its islands, about 220°/360° around. You also may find this typical period of architecture in the small and private island of Cavallo, South of the Corsica Island, close to the North of Sardinia and its beautiful Costa Smeralda. In the garden there are several secular olive trees, and a variety of elms, various laurel trees, pine trees and the typical mediterranean plants as rosmarys, heathers, strawberry heathers, cactus, yuccas, being a garden with an overall size of 1 acre. The Villa has several areas/wings separated one from the other, and a lovely cottage. Parking areas available.
