A lovely little cottage at the seaside in Tuscany with stunning views. The cottage is situated along the coast of Maremma, on the promontory of Monte Argentario atop a broad terraced olive-grove sheer above the sea at 120 meters from the sea level. A famous architect has built the Villa of the same owners and near to the cottage, in the '50s, following the new concept of not to alter the harmonious nature and countryside pleasantness, in fact you may enter it as go out in the garden from everywhere deeply feeling as if you are already outward or veranda and always overviewing the marvelous blue sea with its islands, about 220°/360° around. The cottage is very well organized and decorated with the typical Vietri tiles and cotto toscano. There is an orthopedic double bed, and an extra sofa bed, just close by. There is a chandelier with fan, which is pleasant to have in the summer. In the garden there are several secular olive trees, and a variety of elms, various laurel trees, pine trees and the typical mediterranean plants as rosmarys, heathers, strawberry heathers, cactus, yuccas, being a garden with an overall size of 1 acre. The Villa (IT-58019-09 for 4 persons) has several areas/wings separated one from the other, and this lovely cottage (IT-58019-08 for 2 persons). Parking areas available.
