Villa Santa Lucia is a fabulous modern country villa built on the Chianti hillside.

Villa Santa Lucia is divided into two independent sections, the private guest section and the owner section.
The guest section is access via a short paved path from the private parking area.

The guests’ private section is entirely on the ground floor, The main entrance is up a low step, into a entrance hall with a door on the left that opens into a spacious double bedroom with extra single bed.

The hall leads to a spacious living room with a niche on the left with two doors, one remains closed, and the other opens onto a complete bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and window.
The living room is provided with a large LCD Satellite TV with DVD.
The entire Villa is provided with air conditioning and each room can be operated individually.

To the right of the living room is a small hall that opens into the spacious dining room on the left with open plan kitchen.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with 5 gas hobs, combination oven/microwave, and tall fridge with separate freezer section, dishwasher, American coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.

A door in the dining room opens onto a porch that runs along the side of the Villa facing.
The porch is provided with table and chairs for eating outside, it is the perfect space to take in the outstanding views while relaxing in a comfortable lounge chair.

Across from the dining room are three doors leading to a large double bedroom, bathroom with large shower stall and a double bedroom.
The double bedroom has an extra single bed and bathroom with shower.
None of the double beds can be divided into twins.

The owner lives in a separate section of the villa with their daughter on the first floor.
They are friendly, helpful, discrete and respectful of their guests’ privacy.
They are available to provide information and advice on itineraries, restaurants, etc.
The owner has access to the grounds and pool for maintenance.

Outside Grounds
The asphalt access road to the property leads to a remotely controlled gate that opens into the Villa’s private garden and the short driveway ends at the covered parking area.
The garden (2000 sq.
m) is impeccably kept by the owner and it is totally fenced in to offer maximum privacy.

Guests have exclusive use of the Roman shaped infinity pool, with steps that lead into the water.
The pool is 11 x 5.

5 meter depth, it uses a natural depuration system of electrolysis with salt.
In addition underneath the pool’s lining is a heating system that keeps the water at an average of 5 ° centigrade above the outside temperature, which allows guests to easily enjoy the pool throughout the spring and autumn months.

 At night, Lights inside the pool give a touch of magic to the garden.
Guests also have private access to a Jacuzzi spa (for a maximum of 5 persons at one time) with average temperature of 35° centigrade.
Both the pool and the spa have stunning views over the garden and surrounding area.

Guests also have use of 2 barbecues and 2 paved gazebos in wrought iron.
It is furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

Accessible from the garden is a laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available both inside the Villa and in the pool area.
