The farm is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by nature. In addition to the restaurant, with its genuine dishes, there are also a few apartments. The farm is located on the verdant Colli Piacentini, right in Val Tidone, a famous Italian wine-making site. This area features a nature rich in lovely hills that are dotted with farms and rural villages. In fact, the farm is surrounded by hills covered in vineyards and small villages just waiting to be explored. Nearby is the Olgisio fortress, an imposing fortified complex situated on a steep cliff that goes back to the 5th century, according to tradition. Various other castles and villages can be reached and visited in the space of thirty kilometers (Rivalta, Vigoleno, Castellarquato, Grazzano Visconti). The Val Trebbia, crossed by the Trebbia river, where it is possible to bathe, is located 30 km away. During the grape harvest, you can help gather grapes in the farm's vineyards and visit the many vinicultural cellars in the area. The atmosphere is cozy and the food homemade and typical of Piacenza. Every week they make homemade pasta (tortelli, tagliatelle, anolini, gnocchi, etc.) and, if guests so wish, they are free to help out and learn how to make it themselves.
