Torre di Cesare is an old Saracen tower dating back to the 15th century. It’s located along the Amalfi Coast about 4 km from Maiori, in a dominating position sheer above the sea originally built to observe and prevent raids by pirates and other invaders who all too often, in ancient times, encroached on this coastal paradise. It is thanks to these geographical characteristics that the marvellous features of the Amalfi Coast have survived intact - this property is a superb example. A suggestive location and property that will surely create for you a fantastic atmosphere.
The property stretches from the panoramic coastal road right down to the sea, while you follow, along the way, a delightful and perfectly-tended to Mediterranean garden full of surprises - from the Jacuzzi located on a terrace edge, suspended between the sea and the sky, to a sauna hidden behind a rock that looks onto a beautiful inlet of the Mediterranean. There is a succession of panoramic terraces furnished with benches and valuable, Vietri ceramic tables, and a heated indoor/outdoor swimming-pool with Jacuzzi. The various living areas are found along the path leading down to the coast. There is a garden/groundskeeper who is present on the premises throughout the day, ensuring that everything on the property runs smoothly.
