1 furnished double room, 1 bathroom with a spacious shower. Hairdryer provided. All windows are sound proof. Air conditioning /heating.
The property is conveniently located a few meters from the main street, halfway between Piazza Santa Restituta and the 'Fungo' (the mushroom shaped rock which is Lacco's signature). Supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bars & restaurants are a few steps away.
Bus stop 20 meters from flat.
During the summer months the motorboat "Captain Morgan" stops at the jetty in Lacco for daily trips to Capri. It is just a few meters from the flat.
The Archaelogical Museum of Villa Arbusto is a 5' walk and to reach the bay of San Montano where the Thermal hot springs park "Negombo" is aprox 10' walk. The exotic gardens of "La Mortella" created by Lady Walton, the wife of the late composer Sir William Walton, are aprox. 3kms from home easily reached by bus. You may enjoy a beautiful visit of a corner in paradise and also lovely classical music concerts in the evening. A true feast for sound & sight! Reserved garden space if you don't mind a small dog.

The most recommended months to visit the island to enjoy it at its fullest are: May, June, July ,after the 20th of Aug, Sept, Oct and up to mid November.
Guests have access to a reserved garden space in a garden surrounded by a lemon & orange grove and exotic plants.
I truly enjoy meeting my guests and am ever so happy to listen to their impressions and provide them with tips during their stay. At the same time I do not wish to intrude so I let them know that I'm available whenever they need me.
The building is located on a narrow alley. It is similar to the alleys you find on the Greek islands with white washed houses.
You may truly sense the feeling of a small Mediterranean town far away from the bustle of the big cities where life is still laid back.
The neighbors are mostly locals and are very friendly.
One bus stop is located a few meters up the alley. The other bus stop is 500 mt. Aprox a 7' walk from the flat.
However, if you are game, the best way to visit the island is by scooter or by an assisted bicycle. There are several places that rent them.
Ischia is also great for those who love hiking. There are many trails which lead to Monte Epomeo, Ischia's mountain, from which you can admire breathtaking views.
