Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and 2 guest bedrooms have slide-out twin beds each (2 mattresses). The sofa in the living room can be used for a younger child. One bathroom has bathtub/Jacuzzi and the second stall shower, Fully Furnished, all linens, towels, blankets, etc. and equipped with DSL internet, TV’s, kosher all-year dishes and utensils available, pots, pans, utensils including Shabbat platter and hot water urn, etc. Washer/dryer Central AC and Heat. NON-SMOKING/NON-PETS. Street parking available requiring muni-meter (non Shabbat or Non Holiday days only) is available. Free street parking several blocks away. 2nd-floor walk-up. The rent includes taxes and all utilities. Our Jerusalem-based property manager is available if for any reason you may need something while you are staying in the apartment. This way you will have the peace of mind that you are not walking into a strange apartment without any local service available in the event something should go wrong, etc. The deposit is held by me or the agent pending your vacating the apartment in good condition. We have a Pack and Play and a high chair if needed. If you are interested I will send you a rental agreement and therefore reserve this apartment for you. $1,000 damage security deposit (fully refundable) will be required in addition to rent 30 days prior to arrival. You do not need to bring blankets, pillows, towels, pots, pans, etc. Everything is there for you and fully cleaned when you arrive. ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICE (DAILY OR OTHERWISE) CAN BE ARRANGED WITH OUR PROPERTY MANAGER. Much like all of Jerusalem, Parking is street parking with no assigned spots. Municipal meters require paying from 8 am to 6 pm Sunday through Thursday and from 8 am to 1 pm on Friday. Shabbat as well as Holidays it is waived. 3 blocks away there is free street parking.
