This is our second home, our family is just next door and everyone will want to help you and of course Anna Babushka will teach you at least one Armenian or Russian word a day as you pass her doorway.
== Kitchen-diner is separate from the main room, fully equipped with everything you may need, pots, cups, crockery, oven, fridge, coffee/tea makers, you can even find Russian Samovar for authentic tea experience.
== Main Studio room is a large room with a double bed and a single sofa bed for the 3rd person. Oak floor with rugs for added comfort, 2 cozy sofas - perfect for the evening, we also have an office corner with a small wooden table, free wifi, you can even find a genuine 1939 Soviet old black phone with direct line to the Kremlin :)
== Bathroom, very clean, tidy, small and cozy has everything you will need from soaps, shampoos to clean fresh towels.
== Private sunny patio is secluded behind traditional Georgian wooden fences for additional privacy, in summer/autumn you can enjoy sitting outside under vine trees.
Interaction with Guests
This is our second home, me and my partner live in the UK so the apartment is available for you to enjoy most of the year.
Our family lives just next door, my mother and brother will be able to meet you, show you around and they will also be easily accessible during your stay in case you have questions or need help with anything.
The main avenue and Marjanishvili square has been only recently renovated with cool cafés and local bakeries nearby. The yard itself is typically Tbilisian with friendly community.
Metro Marjanishvili is only a few minutes walking distance and in just 1 stop you will be in the heart of where it all happens, or you can easily walk to the main tourist sites. Mini buses, 'marshutka' are running every other minute or just hale the cab 3-5 lari ($2-3) will take you to the most Tbilisi sights.
