The traditional village of Bozanov is in North Bohemia. It is in the heart of the protected Broumovské Steny National Park. The authentic Czech farmhouse Bossa Nova House, CZ-54974-02, is in the village. So is the luxury holiday home Rád House, CZ-54974-03. The village lies at the foot of Mount Koruna which is 770 metres high. It is three km away from the Polish border. The historic town of Broumov is seven km away. The town has numerous cultural places of interest. These include the oldest surviving wooden church in the Czech Republic and the famous, historic monastery. There are many attractive pavement cafes and restaurants. The village of Bozanov is in a unique location, in a wooded area near the Broumovské Steny Mountains. This makes it an ideal base for long, invigorating walks and mountain bike trips. You can enjoy lots of other activities such as riding, mountain climbing, swimming, canoeing, fishing and interesting excursions by car or motorbike. This is a wonderful area in winter for snow-walking, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. There are numerous ski-lifts and cross-country ski-runs in the area surrounding Bozanov. The larger ski-areas in the Giant Mountains, such as Zacler, Mlade Buky and Janske Lazne are around 55 km away. Bossa Nova House is more than 100 years old. It is a typical Czech farmhouse and was completely renovated in 2004. The traditional style has been carefully preserved. The original features are clearly visible. This creates a unique atmosphere. The farms owner has combined luxury and comfort while preserving the traditional style and atmosphere. Particulars: The owners arrange various activities for guests at Bossa Nova House.
