The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
