The entire area plays host to countless bars, restaurants and the city's financial district and government buildings. There's a mini-market across the street and a major supermarket just a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment itself is on the sixth floor, with triple-glazed windows for optimised sound and temperature insulation.

The secured parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and the accommodation is not liable if there is no parking available or for any damages incurred while the car is in the parking area.

The remote control for the parking's security gate is kept in the key tray on the kitchen bench when you enter the apartment.

Securing a parking space is very easy outside business hours but it can be a little chaotic during the day. Still, there is ample, street-side and paid parking within walking distance (50m in any direction of the property) until a space becomes available.
