This is an entire two (2) bedroom townhouse apartment available for short-term rentals, it comes fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, high-speed internet access, tv with approx 5 digital hd channels .  The apartment is located within 5 to 7 mins by streetcar from the Dundas Subway Station. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR RENTING THE APARTMENT: At least a minimum of 2 (two) nights is required for renting this apartment. Weekly, Monthly and Longer rates are also available, please inquire with the host for more details. WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT? The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or extended stay in Toronto, open the door and enjoy all the comforts and amenities of home. Alarm clock, DVD player, Iron/Ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, pots/pans, linens, bedding, etc. IT'S ALL THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE!  HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT? Seven (7) adults can stay in the apartment comfortably, or Four (4) adults and (3) kids can stay comfortable depending on the sleeping arrangements. HOW MANY BEDS ARE AVAILABLE? Two (2) Queen Size Beds in each bedroom, 1 pull-out sofa bed (double-size) in the living room and 1 fold-out bed (single-size) in the living room.  Clean linens, pillows, and fresh towels will be provided at no extra charge. HOW FAR IS IT FROM DOWNTOWN TORONTO AND/OR PUBLIC TRANSIT? Public Transit (Dundas St Streetcar) at front door: 5-7 min Streetcar ride to Dundas Subway Station on the Yonge/University subway line.  Its mins away from the heart of Toronto's shopping and Financial Districts and the Yonge/ University Subway Line.  WHAT IS IN THE STOCKED KITCHEN? New, clean cookware, pots, pans, utensils, china, glassware, built-in microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, five brand new appliances: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range hood. WHATS INCLUDED IN THE CABLE TV AND INTERNET? Basic HD TV channels (approx 5 channels) and High-Speed Internet (WiFi) is included. Wireless password will be provided on arrival. Please note, there will not be any technical support provided in case of connectivity issues to the internet. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund when the cancellation is made upto 1 week prior to the check-in date. RENTAL AGREEMENT 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. Flexible Check-ins will need to be prearranged in advance with through Airbnb or email/phone with the Property Management. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Tenants also agree that any tenant found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy of these premises. 3. PETS are not permitted in rental units without written consent from the Property Management prior to check-in. Any damage caused as a result of a pet being in the apartment done to the lawn will be assessed and charged. 4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $100 is required (this amount is waived if the booking is confirmed via Airbnb). This must be received within TWO (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable at the time of check-out provided the following provisions are met; a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. ?b. NO unexpected early check-in or late check-out. ?c. NO excessive noise or disturbances are made during QUIET HOURS defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:30pm to 9:00 AM on weekend. ?d. NO disturbances are made to neighbors and surrounding neighborhood. ?e. Occupancy does not exceed what's has been previously arranged with Property Management. ?f. NO smoking in unit ?g.
