You can sum this chalet up in two words: atmosphere and view. The fact that everything is made of wood only further enhances this ambience. Regardless of the temperature outside, you will always get a sense of warmth here. And when you light a fire in the woodstove you can look forward to a wonderfully cosy stay. To say nothing of the view. From the kitchen, and from two of the three bedrooms, you can see for kilometres across the gently rolling, green countryside. There are certainly worse ways to wake up. Of course you can really enjoy it to the fullest when the weather is nice and you relax out on the spacious balcony that wraps round three quarters of the home. Sitting here with a glass of wine or a nice Belgian beer as the sun sets, now that's living. The home is in a very tranquil location together with some other chalets in a secluded little neighbourhood. But you are so centrally located here that you can do everything the area has to offer. Visit towns such as Houffalize, La Roche and Vielsalm. Go hiking, biking or kayaking. And in winter: get on those skis and go cross-country from Baraque Fraiture.
