This typical Ardennes campaign enjoys an exceptional location on the heights of Stoumont, at a place called Monthouet. Located in a wooded area, it offers, in addition to its large lawn, a very quiet location. Designed by renowned architect Liège late 60s, the house has a particular geometric shape: a hexagon. It is made of natural materials: rubble sandstone and arkose, roof cherbins (shale natural), wood. The house offers a comfortable living space with many windows and a large bay window opening onto a large south facing terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, woods and prairie located on its side. A second terrace is equipped with a barbecue. Located in the countryside, many walks or mountain biking can be made. The house is also close to the ski slopes and in the spa town of Spa.
