This spacious home is situated on the outskirts of the village of Amel Möderscheid, a quiet spot in the Waimes region. The villages Amel and Biitgenbach are about five kilometers from the house. You own a large garden with a private terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. The ground floor and the first floor are accessible for disabled people. There are also spacious toilets in the house. There has recently been a renovation. The house is equipped with a sauna, a hammam and a pool table as well. Amel Möderscheid is located 24 kilometers east of Stavelot. Stavelot Festival is organized every year in July and in August. Furthermore, the city offers many attractions that will be well worth the visit. Carnival in Stavelot is not celebrated in the days before Ash Wednesday as elsewhere, but with Laetare (Mid-Lent). Characteristic of the carnival in Stavelot is the occurrence of "Blanc Moussis", all dressed in white figures with a long red nose. For the athletes there is a sports center nearby; Bütgenback Worriken. There are also plenty of cycling routes in the vicinity of the house, and only five kilometers away, you can play paintball. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is easily accessible from the house. If you want to see more of the culture in the environment, then a visit to the picturesque village of Monschau will be worth it. Reinhardstein castle can be found in the vicinity as well.
