The Holiday Villa, The Golden Sixties was built in the 70's and completely renovated in 2013, after which it received its new purpose as a luxurious holiday villa. The house is at the end of a small village in a quiet street, in a secluded location and is surrounded by a well kept garden area, which includes a pond, a brook, a breakfast terrace, a sun terrace and a spacious lawn. An elaborate play area with climbing frame and playhouse, swing and slide invite the children to come and play. Besides the fitness area, there is a splendid wellness equipment with sauna, solarium, jacuzzi with massage showers and a massage table for which you can hire a professional masseur. Two of the three bedrooms have flatscreen tv built in the far end of the bed, all of the bedrooms have boxspring beds. In the surroundings you'll find beautiful walking trails and hundreds of miles of the RAVeL cycle paths, starting no more than about 2 km from the house. It's recommended to bring your bikes with you, but there is also the opportunity to borrow them from local providers. Beautiful jogging trails are very close as well. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing and tobogganing while there's horse riding in the summer. The Worriken Sport centre offers possibitilis for all kinds of sportive activititiet. Bütgenbach is just 4 km away and the beautiful town of Malmedy about 14 km. The world famous race track of Spa Francorchamps is only 20 km away. Children will have the day of their lives at Plopsacoo, about 30 km away. The owner lives in a room under the house, next to the fitness area.
