This traditional farmhouse is located in a dominant position, with incredible panoramic views overlooking the Alta Valle del Tevere, in the county of Gubbio (20 km), only 20 km from Perugia; the area is well serviced by a paved road that starts from the E45 motorway exit (7 km).
