Everything has been done in the attention to detail, including the new roof made of wood and roofing ventilation system runs the reuse of original antique tiles of the same property, formerly stored and maintained.
The orientation of the roof has been designed for a possible functional positioning of solar panels. In addition, the original stone walls of varying thickness of 80 cms, thanks to this quality, allow the use of technologies aimed at energy conservation, sustainability and respect for the environment.
